No Refund Policy
All fees paid to BIRLA OPEN MINDS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DEWAS, including but not limited to admission fees, registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees, transportation fees, activity fees, and any other charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law.
No Cancellation Policy
Once a student’s admission has been confirmed and the applicable fees have been paid, the admission cannot be cancelled for the purpose of obtaining a refund. Any decision to discontinue or withdraw from the school will not entitle the student or parent/guardian to a refund of fees already paid.
No Return Policy
The services provided by the school are educational in nature. As such, they are not subject to return. Any books, uniforms, or other materials purchased from the school are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or supplied incorrectly, in accordance with applicable law.
